Has anyone had ongoing headaches for two months with diarrhea, and a rash? I’ve had every test done.. could this be celiacs?

Hi guys! So I’ve been suffering with headaches for a month and 2 weeks along with diarrhea and a facial/ neck rash. Everyday is a new symptom and I just can’t seem to figure it out. I’ve literally had every test done, mri, cat scan blood work and next I’m seeing an allergist. But my doctor also wants to test me for Celias disease. Has anyone had a rash like this before? It’s not itchy just pops up randomly and goes away but leave some parts of my face red. Thanks!! Also I’ve had an ANA test along with a lymes disease panel

I would suggest you ask to see a specialist. This does not fit a classic migraine, especially the GI issues. Best of luck to you. I assume you have been tested for COVID?

Hi! Thanks for the reply. I’ve seen so many specialists yet the answers still remain unknown. The GI issues have definitely subsided but I’mStill dealing with the rash
