Complete multivitamin headache free has worked wonders

This multi vitamin has been live changing for me. After Trying just about everything including Botox I was ready to give up and just learn to live w the migraines.

After trying other migraine prevention herbs and having side effects of acid reflux my nerologist told me about headache free multi vitamin. I take one on the morning and one at night which works great. And have no side effects. It just has all the great vitmians the body needs. I use to have migraines every week and now I have them about every two or three weeks.one month I only had one migraine the whole month.

I use to go through 10+ imtrex(sumitriptan) a month and now a bottle of 9 is lasting me two months. It's so great. I actually have a life now outside of migraines.

I still however are sensitive to heavy lighting but I just use a hat and it works.

I also drink prepel water daily and take probotics. i think that helps too.

Looks like the main ingredients are Vitamin B2 and Magnesium. You can get 100 x 100mg Vitamin B2 for £7.69 and 100 x 250mg Magnesium Oxide for £9.99 at Holland & Barrett.

You can certainly buy the vitamins separately but I just like how everything it is one vitamin and plus u get the vitamins you need. So I checked and Walmart.com sells headache free multi vitamin. Amazon used to but now they go through a private seller. I'm hoping they will sell it again. Hope you feel better soon!
