Pulsing in head

Does anyone ever feel pulsing in the back of their head? I’m going on 8 months with a headache that comes and goes...never more than a level 2 or 3. I do have anxiety and often feel tension in my shoulders. I’m wondering if this is a tension headache and, if so, could that cause the pulsating in the back of my head? Thanks for any input!
