I've got migraine at the moment but I feel that I am. Unable to regulate my temperature. My body is roasting but I feel shivery and very cold. Is this normal with migraine? Not experienced it like this before

It's normal for me especially if they come on at night. The more painful the episode the more like I'll temperature regulation problems.
I get this too. Its so etching to do with your hypothalamus being disturbed I believe! I can be so cold I need hot water bottles, but running a fever. However,there are also a lot of bugs around at the moment, so it could be you are going down with something too?
