Sinus Massage

Hi everyone

Has anyone ever tried sinus massage for headaches/ migraine?

I recently went to the doctor for headaches. He thought I might have blocked sinuses. He gave me paramax which works occasionally. I have since done sinus massages and nasal irrigation, which I have found helps a lot. Also drinking tons of fluid.

I learned sinus massage and nasal irrigation from someone on ‘YouTube’
