My head....ugh!

My silent migraines are triggered and controlled by the weather and the changes. My severe sensativity to odors doesn't help! Living in the forest area with clean air has issues less severe. My high risk time frame is between 4pm to 7pm year round. When the buzzing in my head goes away, there's hell to pay!

Hi , today my migraine was cause yet again by climate changes .

Being indoors , sun shining , getting warmer just doesn't help !

I've taken 2 zolmitrpa tabs and 4 ibuprofen tabs ,

I'm guessing a good night sleep and fingers crossed that it goes .
