Legs really stiff from the knee down when i get out of bed - anyone have this?

Hi friends 😆 Does anyone else feel like they've ran a bloomin marathon in their sleep? For months now when i wake in the morning i have really sore/stiff legs from the knee down.

Started using magnesium spray on my calfs, helps a bit but not totally.

Also tried a pinch of salt and bicarbd in water before bed.😔
