Hi! I'm 14 and this evening, I have a terrible headache. It's the worse I've ever had. I am dizzy with it and can't stand for very long without falling over. Also, I'm having chest and back pains. Does anyone know why or what is causing this? Thanks!

It sounds like vestibular migraine. Check it out on Google but you MUST see your doctor, too. Good luck.
HI being 14 you must ask your parents or siblings (if older than you to take you to the GP). You need to tell them if you have a temperature or a virus or if this has happened before. Also if not a virus if you have other family members who have similar headaches. MaryF
