I'm sure that's what they call "silent migraines ". My friend gets these, they can be debilitating but I'd rather have that than the pain which comes after my aura.
There are a few symptoms that come with it, you should google silent migraines and see if you have the others and speak to your GP.
I used to get auras then pain, years later just got auras no pain, now I get no auras but pain.. Doesn't make sense how these migraines change structure.
I agree re speak to GP..I have silent vestibular migraine (chronic)...I get constant vertigo motion sensitivity and temple and ear pain on and off. Very possible to only have aura symptoms. My dr said my symptoms are an extended aura (for the last two and a half years!)
