Stress Headache

Hey everyone!

How are you all?

This might sound extremely ridiculous but exam stress is really starting to kick in. I have an exam tomorrow and all my head keeps telling me is that I'm going to fail. I can't take the chance of failing as I would be disappointed and my parents will be mad. They keep thinking my studying is going great but the truth is, nothing is going in my head.

I sleep late and wake up at 4 in the morning to try to make the information stick in my head but that's just made my headaches worse!

At this rate, I'm going to fail all my exams! I really need help on how to stop this annoying headache when I'm trying to revise.

  • Hiya,

    I know it's hard but I really would try getting into a better sleep routine. Bed earlier, you need your sleep, so your brain can process and retain information.

    If you're up at 8, start studying at 9, with a break every hour to hour and half you can pack loads in. And still manage a good sleep. It's easier said than done though.

    Maybe a little walk to clear your head may help with your headache?

    Like Cally01 said, keep hydrated.

    You could try a lavender bath in the evening to help you relax for sleep.
