Anyone had this before if so how did it make you feel other than dizzy? I’ve been diagnosed with it today but my head feels like it’s full of pressure or being crushed 😫😫😫

I had it about 8 years ago and it was such a bizarre condition. I felt the dizziness and the pressure feeling you describe. I had a lot of nausea with the dizziness, too. Sleep was basically what I had to do - time off work to sleep and rest.
