Oh my head,or is it?

Now I've had numerous headaches over the Last few months, and ive had numerous migraines tablets prescribed, however I don't normally do the Google search thing, however just over 3 years ago I had a stomach bleed and whilst in hospital I had a scan, and the scan picked up 2 cysts on my adrenal glands, now has anyone else suffered with headaches from cysts on these glands?the tablets aren't doing anything and also can cysts turn into anything more sinister? The doctor hasn't even discussed or mentioned seeing specialist or a neurologist and I'm running short of patience,I'm a pretty placid guy, but there's a few choice words floating around in my head,any advice would be most welcome, thanks in advance, cheers.

It’s often said that migraines are connected to stomach problems. Insist on being referred to a headache specialist

Yes. My headache specialist told me. There is such a thing too as migraine stomach
