Hi Steph ..please look through all posts and comments and you will get loads of ideas. Whether they will work for you is a different matter. Everyone is different. Some things work for some people and not others. After trying preventative drugs, Triptans, brain scan, blood tests and giving every known trigger I had a Daith piercing two weeks ago ( Google it ) it has certainly helped my migraines by about 90% ...good luck
