In virtually zero per cent of tests apart for an error in testing having been made at the laboratory. There is around 10% possibility if a false negative happening though.
You can test sero negative for several of the various Myasthenia antibodies and still have Myasthenia but never heard of a false positive unless there was a lab mistake? Why do you ask?
