Arnika Apotheke, anyone UK having trouble ordering?
I want to order
methylcobalamin
again as I do better with this when self injecting. Is anyone else having trouble with Arnika or are your orders going through ok. Also does anyone know of anywhere else I can order
methylcobalamin
? Not the powder version you have to mix with saline. Thank you Xx

Prep of Methylcobalamin Powder For Injection?
Would anyone who does their own preparation of powder
Methylcobalamin
be able to explain how one goes about it, including doing the dosage measurements correctly. Also, how many doses does on get from 40mg bottle. Thanks.

Arnika/Methylcobalamin delays
Heads up for anyone ordering from there. I usually have no problem ... I email for latest prices, place an order, pay and receive delivery, all within a week BUT They've been installing a new system for some time now and it's causing problems. It's been taking a week just for replies to emails and there

Spray methylcobalamin
Do try a sublingual spray, if you haven't already. I was a bit sceptical, but having bought some 'Better You B12 Boost' today, in Holland and Barrett (UK) it certainly perked me up a bit.

A missed thank you.
Someone wrote that
methylcobalamin
was a life saver over hydroxocobalamin. I was excited that someone had shared information from comparing. That is very helpful. So belated thank you as I cannot find the comment.

Customs duty on methylcobalamin
Hi. Can anyone tell me if there is now a duty to pay on b12/methyl etc.,? I've just received an order from Germany. I was expecting the 20% vat but not a large duty fee at Customs. Not really sure exactly what I'm looking for but I had a look on the Customs website and found a code for vitamin

Why I now use Methylcobalamin rather than any other form.
I did notice that
Methylcobalamin
was sometimes thought to cause side effects and I made the assumption this was likely from healing and or under supplementation. I have done trials of Cyanocobalamin,
Methylcobalamin
, Hydroxcobalamin and Adenosylcobalamin and combinations of two at a time.

Too much methylcobalamin?
I only had one form of B12 and was injecting 2 mg of
methylcobalamin
4 +- times a day. After only injecting this dose 6 times it felt like too much
methylcobalamin
. Made things harder than they needed to be. I think it was healing but the amount of sleep I needed was not sustainable.

Experienced powdered Methylcobalamin users; can you help me please?
I purchased a 40ml vial of powdered
Methylcobalamin
. It tells me to add 10ml saline. Is this correct? If there’s only 10ml of fluid- surely this is only 10 days supply for daily injecting? I assumed that in a 20ml vial I’d reconstitute to 20ml and 40ml I’d be adding 40ml of saline?

Conjecture
As a person who is not experiencing the negative effects when injecting
Methylcobalamin
I wonder if the negative effects are from the
Methylcobalamin
are the results of the body being in distress due to the change in the body caused by quickly not being starved for cobalamin.

Methylcobalamin vs Hydroxocobalamin ?
Does anyone else find they do better on
methylcobalamin
than hydroxocobalamin? I've done some major googling but not been able to find out much and would like to ask if anyone has had the same experience as me? I started SI for years with
Methylcobalamin
and was doing great.

bright yellow urine
I’m slight confused as I’ve only been taking 2 per day of Igennus b complex and 1 per day of the Solgar
Methylcobalamin
1000µg. I didn’t think that these would cause an excess of vitamins in my body.

Filter needles for methylcobalamin
I just received my dry
methylcobalamin
and normal saline ampules, and I mixed it up but then I started to worry about drawing up glass in the syringe. I'm not sure how likely this is. Is it a big risk to do it without a filter needle?

90 Days In.
Is superior to any protocol I have come across or designed except my current one. 1 mg Cyanocobalamin with 1 mg
methylcobalamin
is equivalent to 1 mg of hydroxocobalamin and 1 mg of
methylcobalamin
5 +- a day 2 mg of
methylcobalamin
5 +- alone caused too intense healing.

Hydroxo & Methyl
I’ve got hold of 10 vials of
methylcobalamin
. Should inject methyl every day and hydroxo every other day. Is it ok to take methyl sublinguals after I’ve finished with the vials?

Methylcobalamin and lack off sleep.
Is there a link between
methylcobalamin
and bad sleep. Sublingual i don't usually take. I'm Inbetween injection from the gp. Changed my usual Jarrow b12+Folate for this. I wasn't sure my previous Jarrow supplements were working. These new ones have given me energy.
