I have fibromyalgia and depression,depression came way before the fibro. I tell my doc but they wont do anything,how can I self refere? :'(

You have a right to be referred to a rheumatologist for a formal diagnosis of fibro however there is not much they can do to treat it, I also have depression and fibro and found the fibro eased once the depression eased and comes back eagain if I'm very stressed. I don't think you are able to self-refer to specialists within the NHS. Suexx
