I'm Angel, iv recently been diagnosed with EUPD and I also have recurrent depression, which call me thick but I don't get what they mean by recurrent depression would love it if someone could explain it to me please.

It just means your Depression comes and goes, I answered your post earlier. have you tried relaxation techniques or approaching your worries and fears and coming to terms with your problems

I'm amazed at such diagnosis since my depression has never came and gone. Ir has never left me for 11years. Thank you for explaining it to me 😊
