Feeling an overwhelming amount of stress

I am applying for a special nursing program next year and this whole process doesn't seem to be worth it. In order to be in the class, I need one credit of chemistry. However, since I got to a technical school, my school won't let me take chemistry. So, I have to take a chemistry outside of my high school. It has been so complicated to find a cheap chemistry course. My guidance counselors were absolutely no help to me. What's even worse is that just this year, they added a chemistry course just for people in my program. I finally decided where to go but now, I can't even log on to the account that has all my info on it. On top of that, I just found out today that I need a recommendation from my biology teacher (who happens to be my cousin.) I emailed them this morning and they didn’t get back to me, so I asked my mom to message their wife and she said that he may not get to it anytime soon. My application is due tomorrow.

I was so undecided about going to this program for two years and now that I made up my mind and am applying, I kind of regret it. This program has caused me so much stress and anxiety that I don't know how I'll benefit from it. This shouldn't have been that complicated.

(By the way, this program costs $3,100 per year and I don't have a job yet. That is another thing that made me uneasy about the program.)

My parents are always telling me to ask for their help, but I don't know how much of a help they will be.

Your parents seem to want to help, take that outreached hand. I understand where you are coming from in my case all my courses for an Engineer needed mathematics, up to degree standard, with a whole lot of Science including Physics that I had not had the chance to learn or understand, in fact when I eventually started work I never had to use all this work I had tried to pass

I had to take three examinations every three months if I failed one of the three I had to retake the whole lot again, so in a way I can understand the situation you find yourself in. The Science, Mathematics etc are some of the hardest qualifications to pass although when you pass this type of work is very rewarding.

All I can say there must be a way around this, can you take a chemist course somewhere that will help you get up to the standard required.

When I eventually became an Engineer, it had no relationship to what I had trained for, my employer sent me back to college, I passed my exams and even those examinations had very little of the jobs I did for twenty six years.
