Hi Everyone, Shawmind here!
Just to let you know that we are currently running an online "Breathe Cafe" where people can register, log on and have a friendly chat with other people about their own mental health, how to find support etc. We have trained volunteers on hand to discuss any issues you may have, and can offer signposting to relevant services in the UK. It's also really great if you're feeling a bit lonely and isolated, as you will find people to speak to.
These sessions run weekly:
Tuesdays 12-1pm GMT
Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm GMT
Please note that at the moment, we are only able to signpost individuals to UK based services, but if you live outside the UK and would like to join for a chat still then you absolutely can do.

Hi! Thank you for supporting our work - to help with this it's probably just a case of sharing the info with anyone you know who might benefit from having a face to face chat with others struggling with their mental health - they may be struggling themselves or supporting someone else who is. Feel free to join some sessions yourself as well even if you just want to see what it's about
