Hello Indieabc

We love our garden although as we get older the garden seems to be getting bigger and larger, I have an orchard of over thirty trees and we have also a soft fruit garden within the same areas. Because of my neck I am unable to work outside at the moment. Like you we love feeding the birds and my Wife feeds them everyday, and the birds seem to be waiting for Her in the hedges and shrubs. We really need to get outside and get pruning and winter washing done on the trees. Do you have a big garden ??.

100 foot garden, with fruit trees - cherry, pear and apple. We have large collection of potted herbs. My dad looked after the garden but he is not feeling well these days. He is much better than before but it stops him for getting something done in the garden. We have squirrels and are right near the park so they also visit it. Several people near us have fruit trees. Now they are building three block of flats, so not much happening there.

Yes we side onto fields and we get all the game hiding in our garden especially when they are out shooting, We also have problems with deer rabbits and a hare that hides in the bushes at this time of year We have hedgehogs that hibernate under the conifers. My Wife gets fed up with the moles that dig up the grass and plants. We have several Wild Goats that live in a cave below a watchtower above. The Wildlife can be more a problem than anything else. We used to have a garden similar to yours in size. We have about an Acre of land

I absolutely love growing things in the garden and putting my hands in the earthy soil! It’s so therapeutic for me just being outdoors surrounded by nature and all the beautiful creations. Even a very short period of time outdoors enjoying the plants, birds, bees, and sunshine, fills my heart with so much joy, and for that I am so thankful. 💙

My autistic son used to love gardening but at supported living place they haven't got garden - College he does gardening or plays with leaves. It's a joy for all having the space and time to do these things! I am glad you love it so much. What have you grown?

I am actually an organic farmer growing a wide variety of 100% chemical-free, fruits, vegetables, and flowers, as well as caring for livestock such as chickens, ducks, rabbits, pigs, goats, and cows, that also provide the farm with organic meat, eggs, and cheese products as well. I absolutely love spending time outside on my farm! 💙

Nice. I have a few house plants

We have our garden the problem is it is horrible when it is cold. I took delivery of a new try yesterday a two variety on Victoria Plum and A yellow Gage with some new rhubarb roots to start a new plot, I am building up the courage to go and work outside. I suppose when I get the fruit tree in it will have a meaning being planted over Christmas. The new rhubarb that is a different matter Hard work with a future gain, need to wait over two years for fruit.

What do you grow
