I'm relatively new to Health Unlocked, and I joined this forum now. I suffer from major depression, and anxiety, and today my therapist says I have some PTSD going on. He suggested EMDR. Has anyone had this type of therapy and did it help you? Thank you.

I’ve had it and found it really helpful. It’s tough going through it but the results for me have been worth it.
