We are celebrating US., you , me, everybody., those battling mental illness everyday.
The reason I'm posting this a few days early is so we can actually celebrate our strengths, courage, goals, friends, family, co workers, forum friends, and give ourselves a STANDING OVATION for the little steps, big steps, half steps towards our healing process.
What are you going to do for you to celebrate yourself? Pick 1 thing. It doesn't matter how big or small just acknowledging your efforts is an amazing feat.

Hi it's Shnookie. Thanks for the info. Since I'm such a couch potato I think just getting out of the house and walking a little and taking in the beauty around me and appreciating that I'm alive will be a good way to start.

I posted early because I know energy is tough to come by and a lot of people don't know it's their day to shine. ✨⭐✨ They can prepare anything..a cup of ☕ coffee, pick a flower 🌺🌹, do nothing and for some folks that's tough.
