My sis and her husband learnt that of some one in France with great results

Another one that you can’t do for your self or not that I’ve found yet

I had some about 15 yrs ago and it was totally mind blowing.i spent a whole day trying to be miserable,yer I know lol,

But all I kept getting back was this lovely stupid smile on my face while bopping along in my van lol
