Likewise. I hope things change for you. Take care
Wishes, wants you must have. Like wish for purpose try oplex career courses they are easy to do and will make you feel better
What would you lie to do ? Everyone has value, it is just you have not found anything that suits you
I used to study for qualifications that were not only for work. I also studied to make hobbies more interesting. If you have hobbies or Diversions, you will have an interest, if you have an interest you can expand on that and move on to a possible more fruitful career.
How old are you, can you drive a car, play Sports, like swimming. Dancing opens up further interests and expectations. If in the UK contact the Open University, they they do courses not just Degrees. Try going to Night Classes, the selection is very broad. Last time I learned O Level French, NOT WORTHLESS, mind not been back to Spain for a time, although learning is a fantastic gift and never worthless

It’s the worst feeling like this. Like your life means nothing and you are destined to be this way forever, but trust me you can change. I managed to do it so you can too.
It’s all about little steps. A purpose can be as small as having a shower or tidying your room. When I was in a deep depression I would force myself to go outside for a walk and smile at people walking past me. You would be surprised at how something as simple as this can make someone’s day, and more importantly it makes YOUR day as well.
Try a new hobby, you don’t even need to leave your house. For example your hobby could be reading books, or drawing. Hope this helps 😊
Hi I am in the midst of a bad depression and your reply has just made me feel a little bit better. You are right it is about small steps if I think about returning to work now it just panics and overwhelms me. I have been through this before and come through it and hopefully I will again. It just never seems like you will at the time.
