Does anyone else experience headaches with anxiety?

I don't personally but I am sure some people do. Anxiety causes so many symptoms. If you feel it is abnormal you should see a doctor but it can definitely be anxiety or stress.

I think most people that suffer with Anxiety get headaches. I get pressure in my eyes 1st then the headache. If it gets too bad, i get a cool damp flannel ,have a lie down in a quiet room and put the flannel over my eyes and forehead .

But if you get these headaches regularly I'd go and see your G.P .

High Blood Pressure can cause headaches as well.

Yes it is quite common

Talk to your GP if it is causing stress.

Make a list of when the headaches start that seems to be linked to mood

All the time. My anxiety has caused me to have chronic migraines which I’m now medicated for. Talk to your GP if the headaches are getting really bad
