Have you been diagnosed with this condition, are you taking any medications or seeing any Health Professionals

Consider what you enjoy doing, it is important you keep your mind active.

Your problem will be changes in mood, given that problem there is no reason why you should not try doing things you love, when Depressed go for a walk in a park or countryside, swimming can also lift your mood. It is hard because when low people will say you are mopping and dwelling on the negative and you need to be able to lift your mood. In a way positive change again try diversions or hobbies to help, Many sufferers find drawing or art a release, and this can help you show and describe how you feel.

This time of the year Autumn is a wonderful time when the trees are changing colour and the animals are preparing to go to sleep until Spring. We have Weasels in the garden and we watch them play fighting and looking for food. If you feed the birds why not try and paint them. Set up bird feeds so you can watch them from inside. That can be another interest and that can change mood.

If you live by the coast, go for walks and why not try beach coming, and watching wildlife. You can purchase a cheep pair of Binoculars so you can watch wildlife.

I am not saying your interest will amout to what I suggest, try other things, I know it is hard especially when low, although you need to start something to keep your mind active and moderate the negative for the positive

Try taking magnesium oxide. It’s something to talk to your doctor about.
