Was wondering what could help with this syndrome illness
I haven’t been diagnosed but believe I have it
Has anyone tried compression socks or gloves if they have gloves . Or when it burns under skin do people have trouble moving legs (does a cane work good) if you need to walk around

There is no cure for fibro. Just ways to manage symptoms. Meds have lots of side effects so you may want to find your own management plan without it. Everyone is different here. What works for one, won't do for another. "Management plan" means pretty much changing lifestyle. Here are my tricks:
- Early nights
(always!)
- No alcohol (worst trigger)
- No screens after 8pm (including TV)
- No refined sugar, shop bought cakes, processed food, junk, fruit juices
- Daily execise: gentle stratches on the floor, some standing balances, nothing strenuous
- Daily meditation & relaxation
- More fruit and veg
- More reading books in bed
- Learned and practice better emotional control and expression to eliminate "emotional hijacking". I recommend reading Daniel Goleman's Emotional Intelligence. Psychotherapy can help with developing the skills too. It certainly helped me deal with some of the emotional mess I was in.
It certainly helps to get diagnosis to exclude all other possibilities. Maybe what you suffer from can be treated.
