so I’ve tried setraline, pristiq, endep and now mirtazipine. all for at least 3 months each at the highest dose with no effect, most recently today I went into refill my mirtazipine which I take 60mg at night, and after telling doc I notice no difference in my depression/anxiety he suggests I continue taking the 20mg Valium Daily and 20mg temazepam (which I feel is helping less and less) and discontinue mirtazipine and all other anti depressants, He also suggested I take up tai chi and that I should look into eastern medicine because in his own words there’s nothing more to do, as I cannot afford to see a physiatrist and I’ve used all free psychologist sessions. anyway I was wondering if anyone knew about these medications and if I should take his advice or seek alternative opinions. my only concern is going to another doc they’ll take the Valium and temaze scripts away which is really the only thing that helps. thanks for reading and your help
