Hope everybody’s week is feeling more hopeful<3
Today I felt nauseated, but I went to my library to pick up a book despite feeling anxious. I feel like the librarian knew, but w/e. Then I called 211 to try to get more info on mental health resources near me. Anybody out there scared to get help, just letting you know you’re not alone! There are good people waiting to help. The woman I talked to was so kind and offered a lot of resources that I had no idea were available. Every step is a step worth taking y’all!<3
