Sometimes after a birth and as time goes by parents can feel quite flat and sometimes depressed. You seen in a place were your needs are being met and if you feel low talk to your GP and they will arrange assistance to help you out.

Hi there j msh , I’ve been feeling that way all my life on and off and last week it came back to do me in again I been seeing a guy for 5 years and he left me for another women I won’t to die and cryed for the last 10 days he broke my heart and now what’s left nothing so let cry togeather from mashmellow
