Keep going

It's been exactly a month since I've reduced my medication. I'm able to get on with anything during my day. Lately I have started to feel very negative towards myself. Having a shower or filling up the bath helps. I tend to concentrate more on what I will need to get through the following day. It's not a new negative thought pattern it's going over all the things which I've felt before or told myself. Now I'm recognising what is actually going on I'm able to attack it more positively.
