I tried my first three drops of CBD Oil, given by a friend of mine a few days ago. I plan to get a bottle tomorrow to continue testing it out. I had barley slept, was up all night and day panicking and crying, but after 30 minutes to an hour after taking the first drop of CBD Oil, I started to calm down a bit, after three drops I was mellowed out and felt better than I had in the last few days. It does show promise with it's effects and how fast it kicks in, but it may vary for everyone. I hope this helps.
I have tried it and it seemed to help ease my anxiety but since everyone is different there’s no way to know how much would work for you until your try. For me it just got expensive since I bought a good brand.
