Sleepnight Valerian tablets

I have been recommended to try" sleepnight valerian tablets made by vitabiotics"....anyone know if they are any good ?

I tried valerian, melatonin, and others, but none worked for me. I'm on prescription sleeping pills, trazadone, which works, most of the time.

I have tried regular valerian a long time ago and it helped but you have to be careful if you take too long it can affect your eyesight. Make things blurry. But it goes away as soon as you stop taking it.
