I was sorry to read your post this morning it must have been terrible for you recently and something must have happened as you have been doing so well. May we ask what happened recently, why not share that with us or someone you really trust and have faith in. A problem shared can sometimes lead to a problem halved.

I did not. I have to see my therapist today and I didn’t want to go in with a fresh cut.
