Feel like I can't take anymore I can't think clearly my head is constantly controlling me and my thoughts 💭 have come off my meds didn't think they were helping just feel like going sleep n not waking up :(((

Hello Jamesh77 and sorry to hear you are in this difficult place. Do you mean you are off your medication completely and did you stop under the supervision of your Doctor? Just wondering if what you are feeling is partly due to withdrawing from the medication? Please remember you are not alone & our members will share their experiences with you. Hi yes I've been of my meds completely now for 4-5 weeks under doctors recommendation although I've not seen him recently to say howve I've been feeling?

Hi Jamesh77. I’ve just been through what you are describing. I was off my meds for only a week so I could switch to something else. The worst, darkest week of my life. Your feelings are not real they are because you have come off your meds. If you can, please do see your GP as soon as possible. You probably need to go back on your medication. I’ve been on duloxetine 60 mg now for nearly 2 weeks and I honestly feel so much better. I’ve still a long way to go but the important thing is that there is hope. Don’t give up. Be gentle with yourself and you’ll be ok. 🙂

Hi thanks for the reply what are you taking Duloxetine for if you don't mind me asking? 🤔 that's one anti depressant I've not tried which could be an option for me!
