Hii friends,i m puja from India. It's my 2nd post and I m very thankful for all who give me advice. I m such a very emotional person. I m not taking nano seconds for cry. I m cry Bby. I m lazy too and I don't feel energetic to do anything.i just led down on my bed for hour n hours. My mind always overload to lots of thoughts. I m preparing my self for govt. Exam but my mind and my body is don't support me. What can I do. Slowly slowly I m converted into a negative person. Pls advice that how can I recovered from this.
