Hello Pocha45,

Reading over your profile and previous posts, you have been struggling for a while now. You really need to get some professional help now to help you get out of this stuck place you are in. It's time to have a serious chat with your GP and/or your community mental health team to get help. If your medication isn't working then you need a review to consider an adjustment to your meds. Also, ask for some psychotherapy/counselling or CBT/CAT alongside your meds to start to address the unhelpful repeating thought patterns that seem to be spiralling out of control which affects your behaviour. I don't think you can dig yourself out of this situation with out help.

Keep our crisis support lines handy (see Pinned posts sections) and if you live in UK:

The Samaritans Tel: 116 123 [24 hours line]

NHS: 999 [Emergencies]

NHS 111 [Non-Emergencies]

SANE: sane.org.uk/what_we_do/supp...

Can any of our lovely forum members offer advice and support to Pocha?

Keep in touch and let us know how you get on.

Take care, sending you good wishes.

Thank you I am getting help but i guess it's not enough in not crazy but i just feel lost unmotivated yet guilty that I'm not living my life. Idk

You can’t beat yourself up. Easier said than done I know. You have taken such an amazing step by leaving work in order to get better. Well done you for realising you needed to do that and for having the courage to do that. Now you need to focus on yourself and explore who you are and who you want to be. It’s hard yes, but it will be worth it and you will and can get there with the right help. Don’t be afraid to reach out and ask for help.
