Two weeks in and I've experienced diarrhoea, weight gain of 7lbs and more worryingly suicidal tendencies. CPN thinks I should persevere but not really feeling the love right now ...

Don’t know much about that particular drug: but firstly the first 6 weeks tend to be tough as all the negative side effects; can overshadow the long term good effects; so in short I think you need to persevere with it and I’m sure the side effects will abate- Any Antidepressants I have ever taken had some side effects which did balance out as my body got used to them:

If feeling suicide tenancies which is out of your ordinary feelings i highly suggest you re discuss your medication with your GP. Any negative thoughts or feelings or side effects is not the way to go, and appears the wrong medication for you.
