I won my Tribunal case and i wondered if i will get back paid or something.

Does anyone know?

Sorry my bad, I was on ESA then had to go onto JSA till the tribunal finished, Now i am back on ESA

As far as I'm aware if you won the tribunal you will get paid from the original date of claim. Have a look at the Gov.uk site for more information. x
