I am Karen, 43 years old. I am plagued with bpd, recurrent depression and anxiety. I Struggle on though i meet my new cpn on tues nd she better know her metal cos i dont suffer fools gladly. Im from East Belfast nd we say it how it is. Hope everyone had a peaceful nd non stressful nite, God bless us fingers crossed 🍀

Hello Karen

I suffer from recurrent depression which is controlled with two anti-deps and a mood stabiliser. I also live with M.E/CFS. Had a lovely day today walking my dog Izzie with a good friend and her two jack russell terriers. Went to a local beach as two of the dogs love to swim. A little walk along the coastal path and back to the car. Izzie is fast asleep and I think I will be soon too.

Hi Karen I have bipolar I'm currently on lithium 600mg and duluxitine 90mg (anti-depressant) I have a rare illness called castleman disease it produces Tumours on my lymph glands so every now and then I get scannned MRI and endoscopes .....I'm having a good day today my boyfriend has UC so he's been in hospital for 5 days he's out now so we are going to the shopping centre and having a Starbucks mmmmm hope your ok ???
