Finally there is sun over Parisian roofs. I feel better and at ease with my self. Once I'm out of bed I'll clean the flat and then go to the park nearby.

I was hospitalised. I'd stayed there fo 2 weeks. I arrived with big suicidal thoughts and anxieties. They told me it would pass. I didn't believe them but it worked.

We are not alone. (:
