Hi guys just a little query, I was seeing the crisis team yesterday and they said they think I have self destructive severe depression, ive already been diagnosed with severe depression but has anyone heard of the self destructive bit, x

Hi I have heard of it too. Have a look at this site. I wouldn't get too hung up on labels though as I think all depressed people exhibit some form of self destructive behaviour.
