Physical to bipolar

Why does the physical side cause a problem has I said in the past my wife suffers from bipolar and now her salt levels was low and she is still saying I'm not right and trying to work it out what is the problem now the salt levels are now ok I keep tell them the meds she has been on she been on the for very long time

I don't know about bipolar and salt levels but I do know that mental illness affects the physical body--sometimes very badly. Would you like to explain a little further what the problem is? Myra.
