Thankyou Iam retired now and since then have been so lonely I have a small family who love me but I can't open up to them I have always been the strong one, I get very angry with myself and feels the all. World is against me

Hi Basil trying to be the strong one all the time is counter productive, strong people aren't afraid to reveal their weaknesses too you know, and it makes you more human. Give your family the chance to support and help you, that's what sharing and loving is all about.

What lung disease do you have? Most on here have copd which is more common than other lung issues. It is not your fault you know and it is not a weakness in you. It just happens - it's not fair but it is life I'm afraid. None of us here deserve it either. x
