put on bad things

If I have put anything on here that makes others feel bad, please understand that I thought this place was for that kind of thing, I don't want to hurt anyone so I will not write anything else.

I will go back to just being me and my own thoughts, things will be fine.

I have removed the posts that I thought may upset other people.

Please keep posting. This is the place to share any thoughts you have. Sometimes people might not agree with what you say, but in my experience it's the people prepared to challenge you who are the ones that are talking the most sense x

Nothin you could post can be half as bad as what goes round in my head and probably everyone else's. We all think and express our feelings differently we can't help that the world would be a pretty borin place if we all said the same things in the same way

Sorry that you have deleted your posts.

I am sorry that you haven't been able to get the medics to listen to you - your way of expressing yourself can be a little strange at times (probably most of the time) but that doesn't mean that you have upset people.

Have you thought about joining a local mind group? They might be able to provide you with some support and help you gain some confidence in interacting with other people.

Hi, I think you may have misunderstood why some people wrote what they did. They were trying to help but I think you feel that they were criticizing you or that you have upset them. I think you are feeling very upset yourself, and not that you have made other people feel that way; although you are very sensitive and clearly very down and worry about how you've made people feel. If I am upset or offended I would let you know. I hope you do stay on here. xx

I am sorry if I have upset you, that was never ever my intention.

When someone mentions a certain activity that really upsets me because of what happened in my past.

We all take stock of our actions in life, therefore sadly pay for our actions, this is where I come from. No-one especially the Medical Profession and those who deal with Mental Illness would be upset if they thought their caring was causing

upset.

Mind I still feel, if required I will always talk down a person who threatens the Final Sanction,that is me and comes from a time that I had this learning experience.

We are on this site to help,support and suggest, that is what I always do. When volunteering in Mental Health the aforementioned was jumped upon in no uncertain terms. The situations people who find themselves in at work, home and life are so live changing for patient and family, that we would be wrong to make light of Suicide

i think everyone who posts on this site does understand that when anyone is feeling depressed or unwell they will find it difficult to express themselves. So please don't worry that anyone here might be mad at you

When i have a bad week it is extremely difficult for me to explain to people what i am thinking, . I think that you have shown a lot of courage in writting about yourself, more than the hundreds of community members who sign up here, but rarely post about themselves.

Please don't worry, and do carry on posting here when you have something to share, you have lots of life experience to share and your views are just as important as anyone else. .

Hi MacGyver, You must be feeling very down and depressed judging by what you say, and by deleting posts you thought may have upset others. Now listen carefully to a long term sufferer of depression, and all the above replies, from member's who have taken the trouble to post replies to you. It's because they know how you are feeling. Read and carefully digest what they say, if it helps, great if it doesn't or you feel it doesn't ignore it, and keep looking, the answer WILL come.
