Should I see a doctor?

I have a few symptoms that are worrying me. Recently a white line and several white patches have appeared on my arm. Also, a brown scaly bruise like patch has appeared next to these white patches. (I will try to attach photos). Also, on my penis shaft there are a few small brown patches. There is also a tiny hard white raised spot on my penis which has been there a while. I also have a small spot/lump on my head that’s been there a while which I have picked. I know all these things are probably not connected but I am worried that I could have cancer or something and it’s really effecting my mental health. Also recently I found a lump on my testicle which was checked by a doctor and found not to be cancer .

I’m 20 years old.

Could you please advise me what these things could be from your experience/knowledge and tell me if you think I need to see a doctor .

Going to the doctor is nothing to be shameful or worried about. No matter whether what you have is something simple or something crazy they are going to treat you with kindness and respect. Go get checked out so you can clear your mind
