day 14 is my penis healing?

Day 14 post circumcision, is the penis healing properly? the swelling seems better after the first week but didn't improve the 2nd week, and yellowish discharge is appearing on the incision site

Gently clean around the head area with saline water luke warm to remove all hard blood etc

I didn't have any yellow discharge, I'd get that checked, that doesn't look right.
