For 220g Prostate - Which Procedure has good longstanding outcome?

HOLEP (Moses), Aquablation, Robotic Simple Prostate Surgery ---- Seeking comments and experiences on any of these three procedures? Me, 70 yrs old and prostate of 220g in size....anyone similar and procedure chosen?

That’s good. Have you been on a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor medication to reduce prostate size?

No. Elected not to do that. Take flomax on occasion. Cr m MRI shows bladder stones. So couple times every mos or so have bleeding due to bacteria and/ stones moving.

Space1950 - flowmax (tamsulosin) works better if you take it regularly. Are you doing this, or just taking it when you have symptoms?

Long term , greater than 7 days, results in sinus infections. So, I do not continually take it - more like 2-3 days and a gap of 3-5 days and repeat........
