This could be a medical condition for which you may need to consult a Doctor.

Meanwhile try masturbation. Masturbate as normal, when you feel yourself approaching climax, or before if necessary. Stop.

Gently pinch the base of the Penis, this should stop the feeling.

Relax, and if all well try again. Repeat this several times, getting closer to climax each time. If pinching does not work, try a cold damp cloth over the penis. Good luck.

Not sure there is a 'normal' when it comes to men and sex. We are all different. Trial and error, followed hopefully by success.

It may be the lack of sex that is causing some of your problems ?
