Struggling with a mental break down. Managing, but sometimes its difficult. Alot of existential thinking. Strange eating and sleeping habits. Taking NHS anti-anxiety meds that help abit. Yet to see doc. Mental health is a low priority these days.

Try taking magnesium and B12 supplements. It has changed my life for the better. I have a lot of anxiety and it works. I would get rid of those anxiety meds and try the supplements, but make sure you safely taper off of the meds first. Anti-anxiety meds are terrible. I used to take them and then I realized that vitamin deficiencies can cause mental breakdowns.
